FULHAM WINS FIRST GAME SINCE AUGUST

Fulham at last put an end to their win-less run as they won their 12th Championship match with a 4-2 romp at Barnsley, having previously won a match last in August.

Slavisa Jokanovic's men, who were the early-season pacesetters, went six league matches without recording a win, but they put that right in an action-packed game at Oakwell that included three goals in five first-half minutes.

The goals delivered by Lucas Piazon, Sone Aluko, Scott Malone. Chris Martin did his job well, though Barnsley twice found the net through Marley Watkins and Sam Winnall.

Barnsley, who had Josh Scowen sent off the pitch in the second half, have endured a similar run of form to their visitors and have now not won in five games.
The Reds, began the match absolutely well as they surged into a fourth-minute lead. Stefan Johansen cleared the ball out of defence, but sent it straight to Barnsley's Sam Morsy, whose first-time through ball to Watkins ensured he drilled into the bottom corner.

After dominating the pitch conveniently, Fulham got their reward in the 37th minute and levelled when Piazon slashed home from Malone's cut-back for his first goal for the club. The home team retaliated four minutes later, though, as Morsy again laid the perfect pass, this time to Winnall who converted off the post.
The home fans were still jubilating when Fulham had again drawn level, with Aluko nipping in to slide home Johansen's pass.

It was more of the same after the first half as Fulham took the lead for the first time just 33 seconds into the second half of the match through Malone before Chris Martin sealed it in the 65th minute.
